There is no special occasion for the day...hubby just feel so much to do a second attempt to improve his cooking skill....after the not very "Perfect" cook on last Christmas....hehe
For this round, now he found a way better to control the heat over the meat..which is
3 mins on each side
Seriously he bring his watch over and keep an eye on the timing
ngam ngam 3 mins then he flip over the steak
and now the final output
Looks really good this time~!
Served with the specialty sauce
Very good appetite with the lemon & caper fruits capres

No appetizer today due to time constraint
because the wife is starving d...cant wait to try hubby's cook
so the steak is just come with the wild mushroom soup
hmm...its was good at the first few bite....
the meat is just cook perfectly with still juicy and keep its tenderness
but getting into the middle part........
when the knife is "ngik ngok ngik ngok" on it
seems like more and more blood is squeezing out
According to him...this is call medium-rare steak

oh gosh i cannot tahan liao seeing the bloody flowing out like flood
haha..immediately hubby sent the meat back to the frying pan
grilled again
Finally its now medium-well
which i use to order for my steak
of course cant miss out the wine
a "kling" on the glass to kick start the meal

Hubby had try his best to prepare this meal
but there's problem from the website he is referring too
there's nothing wrong to cook 3 mins on each side of the steak...
just it din mention to take note on the thickness of the meat
well....it wasnt bad anyway
but there's still room for improvement
now im waiting for his 3rd attempt
then i will gotta have another round of pampered meal from him
hehe
