郭靓太煮甜品 ~ Home-Made Chocolate Parfait

Me and hubby love so much of the dessert yesterday (find it here) ...and since i still got some banana and strawberries left in the fridge...so then i went to buy a chocolate ice-cream and try to make this dessert again tonight even more delectable with a slight changes~!

Wall's Selection ~ Chocolate Truffles

still the same
1st layer ~ oreo biscuit
2nd layer ~ cornflakes
3rd layer ~ 2 scoop of chocolate ice-cream

then put in the banana pieces

and strawberries pieces

then..i make some special treats
get a bar of chocolate and shaver
shave..shave..shave..shave the chocolate bar

well see..we'll get this shaved chocolate for our topping today~!

before the topping ...a last layer of cream

today i make it a tall tall one
looks more presentable huh ^.^

last but not least...topped the cream with the shaved chocolate
look at that sinfully tempting dessert

oh gosh..this round are even more yum than yesterday~!
banana + strawberries + chocolate ice-cream are always a perfect match...
and now with also the crunchy cornflakes and bitter sweet of oreo biscuit
oh....i cant tell how syok is it when everything is mixed in my mouth....

but i missed out 1 thing which i had tot to add to this dessert earlier
a tablespoon of red wine on top of the ice-cream to make a more luxury taste
