郭靓太煮甜品 : 巧克力香蕉蛋糕 Chocolate Banana Cake

I like banana...and i also like chocolate cake....

Chocolate Cake + Banana = Chocolate Banana Cake!!!!! Its always a perfect match of these 2 of my favorite food!

First....bake a chocolate cake with the cake mix same like i did earlier. (Here....)

Wait till it cool down...then cut it cake into half....

 the bottom part of the cake

 the top part of the cake 
which after i cut off the "volcano" part 

 then i peeled and slice halves the banana and lay it on top of the cake 
fill all the empty spaces with more bananas

 then spread the whipped cream on top of the banana

this chocolate whipped cream can be easily made with just few ingredients
~ 1 pack of whipped cream
~ 1 tablespoon of sugar
~ 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
~ 1/4 bar of melted chocolate
~ 1/4 cup of melted butter

1. Beat whipped cream + sugar + vanilla extract until fluffy
2. Set the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes
3. Mixed well the melted chocolate and melted butter
4. 30 minutes later, take out the whipped cream mixture from the fridge and then slight it beat it again with the balloon whisk then add in the chocolate mixture and mixed it well then it will become this fluffy creamy chocolate cream. 

After spread the chocolate cream on top of the banana slices....cover it with the top part of the cake. Then can start decorate it. 

 i use this Hershey's Frosting from Betty Crocker and spread it all around the cake 
then sprinkle the top with some cocoa powder then its done!
Chill the cake in the fridge to let the frosting gets harden for at least 1 -2 hours before serving will taste superb!

 oh yeah! my dessert on Sunday night perfected my day!

it might not look perfect as from the confectionery shop but its taste really nice! 
Me and hubby enjoyed it with our Sunday movies! Thumbs Up!
