郭靓太煮私房菜 :焗起司马铃薯 Potato Fritata


Easy weekend brunch recipe ~ Potato Fritata! Dedicated to all cheese and potato lovers~!

Ingredients:
~ 2 - 3 pieces of potato
~ 1 green bell pepper
~ 2 onions (chopped)
~ 2 tomato
~ 1 tin of tuna chucks in olive oil
~ 6 large eggs
~ 7 - 8 slices of cheese
~ 6 tablespoon of mayonnaise
~ touch of pepper
~ touch of salt

Steps 1: Diced the potato and seasoned it

potatoes cut in small cube pieces

season it with pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps 2: Dice tomatoes, Green Pepper and Onions



Steps 3: Fried the potatoes and the vegetables

heat some oil in the pan and slightly fried the potato until its began to turn golden brown

add in the green pepper, onions and tomatoes , mixed well with the potatoes
cook for a few more minutes in the hot pan...then dish up!

Steps 4: Mix 6 large eggs to the potatoes mixture

6 large eggs ...beat it evenly, pour and mixed it with the potatoes mixture

bake the mixture in the pre-heat oven

until the egg is cooked

Steps 5: Add in tuna chucks and mayonnaise and cheese slices

tuna chucks in olive oil

add tuna chucks on top of the baked mixture

mayonnaise for topping

add mayonnaise on top of the tuna chucks



add 6-7 slices of cheese for the final toppings

and baked it again the pre-heat oven until the cheese toppings starts to melt and burn

Tadaa....easy weekend brunch ~ Potato Fritata
Best served with tomato sauce whether its freshly baked or kept cold in the fridge~!
