郭靓太煮私房菜 ~ Teriyaki Chicken with Tomato Scramble Egg

Still not enough of Japanese food?? Ok....let's try another japanese cuisine recipe today......Teriyaki chicken..

Never expect it to be that easy as ABC ..123~!

Ingredients:
~ 6 pieces of chicken breast (recommended to use chicken thighs with skin)
~ 2 tablespoon of sake (i substitute it with my shaoxin rice wine)
~ grated ginger
~ 3 eggs
~ 1 tomato


Marinate:
~ 1/2 cup of soy sauce
~ 1/2 cup of mirin
~ 2 tablespoon of sugar


im using chicken breast which i only got it in my freezer
its preferable to have chicken thighs with skin

3 main things to prepare teriyaki sauce
soy sauce, mirin and sugar

marinate the chicken for 15 mins

grated ginger for garnishing later

tomato cut into small cubes

3 eggs seasoned with touch of salt
beaten it up

Steps 1: Cook tomato scramble eggs

slightly fry the tomato cubes

then pour in the beaten egg

scramble it when its getting cook

then seasoned it with touch of pepper

cook until its fragrant and golden brown then can dish up and set aside

Steps 2: Steamed Cook teriyaki chicken

removed excess marinate of the chicken then only fried it
especially on the skin
pan fried the chicken until golden brown

then pour in the remaining marinate and
add in 2 tablespoon of sake/shaoxin rice wine
simmer it until its thickened to your likeliness

Steps 3: Garnishing and served

be ready the rice in the bowl and tomato scramble eggs
then place in the teriyaki chicken ..garnish it with the grated ginger

yum~! with the grated ginger..its really raise up the teriyaki chicken!

Dessert for the day
chocolate ice-cream + 1 piece of ferrero rocher
and 1 tablespoon of red wine
yummy~!
