郭靓太煮私房菜:Spicy Tuna Tortilla Roll

Last week for the CNY party at my house, i've prepared this appetizer to my family...very good response of it..so now i would like to share the way i do it~!

Ingredients: 
~ 1 stalk of green coral 
~ 1 yellow onion (cut into cubes)
~ 1 pack of cream cheese
~ 2 tins of tuna in olive oil
~ 2 stalk of garlic (minced)
~ some chili flakes
~ 1 pack of tortilla wraps (any flavor you like)

 green coral

 1 yellow onion ~ cut into cubes
i personally prefer yellow onion cause it is less spicy and yet more crunchy than the red onion

 cream cheese
leave it a room temperature so that its soften when we are mixing it

 tortilla wrap
there are more choice like wheat, onion, plain or potato ~ i chosen the Potato flavor!

 tuna in olive oil

 2 stalk of garlic minced it 

Steps 1: Mixed all ingredients in a bowl + chopped chili flakes


 this mixture may fill about 4-5 tortilla wrap

Steps 2: Place a tortilla wrap on a plate

Steps 3: Spread the mixture evenly on the wrap


Steps 4: Add in the green coral for more crunch...if dun like to add in green vege, then may spoon more tuna mixture to make it more firm when we rolling it


Steps 5: Rolling the wrap
 start rolling from one end to another, make sure its is firm 

 remember dun spread the tuna mixture to close to the border, cause when we rolling till the end, some of the tuna mixture will be pushed out !

Steps 6: Store in container and keep refrigerated

 keep in container and chilled it in the refrigerator until the cream cheese is firm and harden

Steps 7: Cut it in halve inches  roll and served

may add mayonnaise or preferably with few drops of Tabasco sauce on top of the roll ~ that will be perfectly delicious~!
