郭靓太又来煮日本餐啦~! Again...inspired from pasta zanmai...a place which i like to go for lunch or dinner whenever im at Midvalley....
Today im gonna try to make the sesame pasta with tempura prawn and the specialty salads.
Ingredients:
Salads
~ Mixed Salad
~ 1 onions
~ 3-4 crab stick
Tempura Prawn:
~ 3-6 prawns (if size is big)
~ 1 egg
~ 1 cup of iced cold water
~ 1 cup of flour
Dressing:
~ 1 bottle of Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing
Steps 1: Preparing salads
bought this mixed garden salad at Giant @ RM4.99
good enough for 3 - 4 persons
place the mixed salad in the bowl...then top with slices of onions and thin crab stick
slice halves the tomato and then put it into the fridge to chill it before serving
Steps 2: Fry tempura prawn
remove the head and the body shell
dont remove the tail part
slightly cut a few cut at the inner part of the prawn so that it'll be straighten when its fried
slightly beat it
and slightly mix it
if the mixture is too watery..you may add in more flour
heat the pan with some frying oil
then dip the prawn to the tempura batter
Steps 3: Garnishing and served
Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing bought at the japanese grocery store
take out the chilled salad from the fridge and then garnish it with touch of sesame dressing

mango ice-cream added with mango cubes really brings up the sweetness and taste...
the fusion spaghetti is nice. Different from those cheesy, creamy, tomato gravy
yum~! so easy...the tips is just to get the sesame dressing from the japanese grocery stores then can have this fusion spaghetti ler keke
try fry ice cream in tempura. should be amazing
sounds interesting hahaa...i should have try so yesterday kekeke
i love the sesame dressing so much..bought it for salads..should hv tried for spaghetti :P
