Home-Made Hot Honey Milk

Coughing had been disturbing me since last year ....since last few days of 2010...until now im still coughing

Did went to see doctor...as usual doctor gave medicine...

finished all the throat med...even antibiotic..
my condition still the same
i wonder if its im getting old and
the body is not properly generating the antibody?

cough medicine given by doctor
this is great~!
really a cough medicine that make me cough so badly after having it
especially in midnight!

its been a few sleepless night i had..i think i gotta do something to it
so then i check thru the net...they said garlic can help to dissolve phlegm
ok..i got garlic in my fridge... immediately i peel 3 cloves of garlic
and chew it in my mouth

oh gosh!!
my tears drop off like waterfall immediately

it taste even worst than taking 1 spoonful of wasabi in the mouth
dunno how to express that geli feeling
yaiks..

i will never ever do it again !!

by then..i find another natural remedy to help relieve the throat
which is...ta..da...

"Hot Honey Milk"

No HL, No Dutch Lady, i use my Anlene Milk Powder

for age 19-50
this is good ah...to prevent osteoporosis
its always prevent better than cure
take it from now on before i got my bones crack crack

natural honey

and also cinnamon powder

ok..first...heat the milk without boiling it
then add 2 scoops of natural honey
keep heating the milk until the honey slowly dissolved

Lastly, add pinch of cinnamon powder to flavor it up

Hmmm...a nice hot honey milk for the night
and it did helps to relieve my throat...at least a few more hours to sleep better in the night

its a good try to make this at home...never tot it was just so easy
next time should try to make it ice-blended add up with lychee...
it should taste even better rite? hehe
