Preparing for Chinese New Year ~ Round 2

Getting close to CNY
everybody are so busy with their shopping list
and today my CNY shopping
are now continue at Sg. Buloh

shops are all decorated with cny stuffs
very happening
and got lots of seasonal plants
specially for CNY
like tangerin (桔子树)
Plum spring (雪梅花)
Sakura, Orchids and
bla bla bla

its better to get here early in the morning
get a nice car park and avoid terrific jam
its getting very crowded in the afternoon
and you cant bargain much when lots of customer is around
they wont have time to entertain you

aunties all buy buy buy very happily here
because it got very cheap plants here
better than from the mall
or the town gardener

baby girl with the flowers

this guy was missing in action once he parked the car
rupa-rupanya went to buy ice-cream

its a hot sunday
so everyone got the ice-cream on their hand

big big chilies

the huge one....

walking up and down the streets
go stalls by stalls
bargain and bargaining
finally we all got what we want
and these are our booty of war

*****

After Sg. Buloh
went to Kepong for lunch
at the LaoFuZhi Restaurant

this beef noodle is really super nice~!

with wanton mee
the beef ball soup and the braised beef

Yummy braised beef

*****

After lunch we head back to home and start with my "gardening"

place my flowers on the flower stands

these stands i bought earlier for my wedding decorations
and now after wedding i can use for my house decorations
一举两得

see how nice the flowers
万紫千红
and 2 pots of different kinds of chilies
for my father-in-law the chili king

and 2 pots of the pitcher plants @ Rm25 each
猪笼草
hubby's bought with purpose to "CLEAR" the unwelcome strangers in our house

3 pots of these flowers at Rm20
its a good deal
since im not a good and experienced gardener
so even if im not taking good care of it
i wont feel sad if its not long lasting
hehe
