郭靓太煮私房菜 ~ 烟肉炒米粉 Fried Bacon Mee Hoon

Simplest lunch at all time.....15 minutes to prepare......15 minutes to cook and dish up~!

Ingredients:
~ Mee hoon for 2
~ 1 piece of fish cake
~ 4 slices of bacon
~ 2 big onions

Seasoning:
~ 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
~ half piece of chicken stock
~ 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
~ touch of salt
~ touch of pepper

Garnishing:
~ Scramble eggs

bought this pack of fish cake but i only need to use 1 piece

cut it into small pieces

bacon cut into small slices

onions cut into slices

sotong brand ~ fish sauce

half piece of chicken stock
smash it into powder and mixed it up with the seasoning
soy sauce, fish sauce, salt & pepper

mee hoon soak in hot water and drained

Steps 1: Heat the wok with oil and fry the bacon slices till fragrant.


Steps 2: Add in Onions and fried until fragrant


Steps 3: Add in fish cake


Steps 4: Add in mee hoon and then mixed it up with the bacon, onions and fish cakes


Steps 5: Pour in the seasoning ingredients and mixed well with the mee hoon


Steps 6: Dish up and garnish with the scramble eggs
