郭靓太煮私房菜 ~ 米粉蒸排骨 Steamed Pork Ribs Mihun

A new cooking style of the pork ribs....which i found from an china website..its gonna be my dinner today~!

Ingredients:
~ 500 gram of pork ribs
~ Mi Hun
~ 2 tablespoon of oil
~ 1 cup of water

Marinate: (Pork Ribs)
~ 3 tablespoon of sweet bean paste
~ 2 tablespoon of ShaoXin Rice Wine
~ 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
~ 10 seeds of Szechuan Pepper (花椒)
~ 1 tablespoon of sugar
~ touch of pepper
~ touch of salt

Garnish:
~ Pasley

Steps 1: Marinate pork ribs

sweet bean sauce.....mummy help me to bought this
but you can easily get from Lee Kum Kee brand

2 tablespoon of Shao Xin rice wine

szechuan pepper
can get from chinese grocery store

5 spices powder (五香粉)

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

mixed the marinate ingredients with the pork ribs and set it aside for at least 10mins

bi hun

soak it in the water to soften it

chopped chili for topping later

Steps 2: Preparing to steam

place the mihun in the bowl and add half cup of water to it
i split the mihun to 2 bowl that's why i only add half cup of water
another half cup of water is add to the other bowl of mihun

place the marinated pork ribs on top of the mihun
then top it with the chopped chilies
then add 1 tablespoon of oil around the pork ribs to moisture it

then send it to steam for 30 minutes

Steps 3: Garnish & served

garnish it with the pasley

hmm...the marinate sauce were all dripped to the mihun

hubby dont like pasley...so his mihun is served without the pasley

but he ate with this chili sauce..and that's really taste great~!

hubby said he quite like this mihun.....its taste so oriental..feel like he is eating at china now..haha
but i personally not really like it...maybe because im not too fancy of the sweet bean sauce.....
anyway...its a good try~! As long as hubby like it..then im fine d~! Happily see he finished his bowl of mihun..and also mine (which i cant finish) haha
