Bought this Cashew Nut before cny~~ the nuts are slightly too "raw" to eat...i prefer it to be more hangus...so i decided to roast it with my oven..hehe
place the nuts on a baking tray and set the oven to 180'C

oh gosh....i went to watch tv and totally forgot about the nuts in the oven
aiks...all the burnt nuts
so on my second round..i switch off my tv and i sit right in front of the oven
keep moving the nuts around so that it roast evenly on each side
15 minutes later.....
see my nicely roasted cashew nuts...~! Finally its tasty!
