郭靓太煮私房菜 ~ 冬炎米粉 Tom-Yam Mee Hoon

In the cool rainy nights....what will be the best other than having a hot & spicy tom yam soup to keep you warm and get you sweat~~

Let's see my instant super quick tom-yum soup ready in 15 minutes!

Ingredients:
~ 1 tablespoon of instant tom-yam paste for steamboat
~ 1 onion cut into slices
~ 2 tomato cut into cubes
~ 1 carrot cut into cubes
~ 1 stalk of red chili
~ 100gram of chicken breast
~ 4 crab stick

Garnish:
~ few stalks of pasley
~ fried egg cut into slices

the tom yum paste for steamboat is the main ingredients to prepare the tom-yam soup

tomato + onions + carrot + chili

a special ingredients ~ tom yam mushroom
these which i bought during my visit to Tg. Sepat last year
luckily the expiry date is on March 2012
so still can add to my soup too

chicken breast cut into small pieces and 4 crab sticks cut into half

a few stalk of pasley for garnishing

fried eggs cut into slices for garnishing too

The One and Only Steps: Boil 1 pot of water and add in all the ingredients sekali gus

let it boil for 10-15 minutes
then can makan already~!

served it with the mee hoon
garnish it with the egg slices and pasley

just so simple and nice tom yam soup

tom yam is so yum yum~!
