郭靓太煮私房菜 ~ 喼汁猪扒 Pan-Fried Pork Chop in Worcestershire sauce

Pork chop is a very common ingredients in chinese cooking. So in tonight's dinner, pork chop will be the main character.

Ingredients:
~ 4 to 5 slices thin pork chop
~ 2 onions cut into slices
~ dash of Shaoxin Rice wine

Marinate:
~ 2 tablespoon soy sauce
~ 1 tablespoon ginger sauce
~ 2 tablespoon corn starch
~ 1 teaspoon salt
~ dash of sesame oil
~ pinch of pepper

Seasoning sauce:
~ 3 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
~ 2 tablespoon of water
~ 3 tablespoon of tomato sauce
~ 2 teaspoon of sugar
~ dash of sesame oil

Steps 1: Prepare ingredients & marinate the pork chop


marinate the pork chop for at least 15 mins

onions cut into slices

seasoning sauce
get the sauces ready and set aside to mix around the flavor

Steps 2: Pan fry the pork chop until golden brown



Steps 3: Stir Fry onions and cooking sauces

stir fry the onions until fragrant
then add dash of Shaoxin rice wine around the onions
then immediately pour in the seasoning sauces prepared

Shaoxin Rice Wine
can easily get at any chinese grocery shops

then put in the pork chop and let it absorb some sauces
let it boil until the starch thickened to your likeliness
finally dish up

Steps 4: Finishing

add up some side dishes
fried eggs and boiled veges

the sauces served with rice are excellent!!!
